VF One Family Terms & Conditions

  1. Vodafone One Family is an "all-in-one" prepaid service giving you internet for the entire family, voice minutes for your landline and mobile: voice & SMS allocations for up to 4 mobile devices.
  2. One family is a prepaid package with a validity period of 30days.
  3. All existing and interested customers are eligible to upgrade or subscribe to the package at will.
  4. To receive mobile allocations (SMS, minutes & data), customer must, pair mobile number(s) to Broadband via MyVodafone App or Self-care portal or dial *900# on any Vodafone mobile number, select 4, 2, & follow through to pair number(s)
  5. Data from the broadband is shareable between only mobile number(s) that have been paired with broadband.
  6. A fair usage policy applies to the amount of data that can be shared or moved from broadband, depending on selected plan.
  7. Customer MUST manage mobile numbers to be paired via *900#, select 4, then proceed on any Vodafone mobile number or via MyVodafone App or self-care portal on fbb.vodafone.com.gh .
  8. Only Fixed broadband allocations will rollover when service is renewed before expiry date. Other allocations on landline and mobile will NOT roll over. Customer would receive fresh allocations whenever bundle/package is renewed.
  9. Customer can purchase supplementary/ add on bundles such as Mini bundles, Unlimited Weekend Bundle, Showtime Bundle and SOS.
  10. Customers can suspend account at will within a period time- this must be reported at the retail shop.
